I Won't Give Up
Drifting away has become my comfort.
It's a place I know well. A quiet escape. A skill I've learned when the weight of missing, waiting, and wondering becomes too much.
But this piece is my reminder.
Even when life feels difficult, even when I am tired or overwhelmed, I won't give up.
There are only oceans between us. Distance can separate our bodies, but it cannot diminish love or the connections that shape us. On the hardest days, I remind myself that I can still feel close. Sometimes love travels farther than any map can measure.
